Requirements:
- 90% English level (must)
- Experience as customer service agent
- Office
- Multitasking environment
Main responsibilities:
- Contact all customer for post-service satisfaction and verify key points about the service
- Manage customer database and planning and implement a «Follow up Program»
- Coordinate operations agents and take day to day decision in order to have a successful operation and customer satisfaction
- Support General Manager in day to day operation
