Main responsibilities:

  • Contact all customer for post-service satisfaction and verify key points about the service
  • Manage customer database and planning and implement a «Follow up Program»
  • Coordinate operations agents and take day to day decision in order to have a successful operation and customer satisfaction
  • Support General Manager in day to day operation
