Qualifications:
- 90% English level.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or master’s degree within related field preferred.
- 3 years of progressive Human Resources Generalist experience working directly with management.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Intermediate to advanced level Excel skills preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge in a range of HR areas, including employee relations, performance management, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience working with all levels of the organization with proven ability to interface well with all leadership levels.

Responsabilities:
- Conduct exit interviews; analyze and provide attrition metrics based on received data.
- Manage HR metrics reports.
- Manage labor law compliance.
- Manage Learning Management System implementation and on-going maintenance of learning and development and compliance related training.
- Manage and rollout a variety of HR programs to support a great team member experience.
